1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation may only be allowed in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not applicable for any order.
- Refunds will only be considered if:
- The product is damaged
- The wrong product is delivered
3. Conditions
- Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Valid proof (images/videos) is mandatory
4. Non-Refundable Items
- All customized and hamper products are strictly non-refundable.
